Palestinians inspect the destroyed labour syndicate headquarters after it was targeted by Israeli airstrike, in Gaza City. Israeli Deputy Defence Minister Matan Vilnai warned today that Israel would keep up its deadly raids in the Hamas-run Gaza Strip aimed at stopping rocket fire from the territory. About 30 Palestinians, including six children, have been killed in two days in Gaza by Israeli military raids launched in response to rocket fire from the territory. Gaza militants have fired dozens of rockets into Israel during the same period, injuring a handful of people and killing one man.
